My resolutions are:
- To go on an adventure during the summer holidays.
- To give everything I can to making the CBT work for me, and help me making long-lasting changes.
- To learn to walk in heels.
Wish me luck, I might well need it! Especially for number three. If you think it sounds easy, you are most definitely over-estimating my levels of balance and co-ordination.
